Shipping

We ship worldwide. All of our items are printed to order, especially for you. This is to ensure we create no waste by creating a colour that no body likes and having to donate 500 preprinted mugs to landfill.

Orders are being printed and sent out daily throughout the week directly from our printing fulfillment centres located in the EU, USA and the UK. Your order will be fulfilled from the nearest print centre to your shipping location.

Current fulfillment time is 2-10 days depending on the items ordered. Usual delivery times are 3 business days after fulfilment for the USA, 5 for the EU and 10 for the rest of the world.

You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped. Don't be surprised if you only received one part of your order as some items may be shipped from different warehouses depending on stock availability, so will have different delivery times.

There may be import fee's on your order, this will depend on your shipping location and will vary from country to country. Sadly we cannot say for certain if you will incur additional fee's on import if your order is fulfilled outside of your country.


EU Shipping

Shipping times are typically 6-10 business days. We hand print all of our mugs to order. This avoids traditionally wasteful production methods and allows us to check every item that we ship out to you. All of our mugs are packaged in recyclable materials.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package

  • Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at support@hexmug.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, get in touch.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@hexmug.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@hexmug.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@hexmug.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at support@hexmug.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges.
